This is the forth micro letterbox we placed while on vacation from Illinois.
Please be sure to carefully put the hand carved stamp back in the film
canister and roll up the scroll log. It is a tight fit so if you have trouble
putting everything back in after stamping up, feel free to add a second film
canister.


Locate the sign with the words encrypted below.
Once there, locate the higher tube.
The box is on the far side of the large stone in line with the tube
approximately 20 feet in front of it.
It is beneath 2 small flat rocks.
This is an assessable area along the trail.

Note: If you bring your own ink pad and log book along you may make an
impression from the Letterboxing stamp. There is also an Official set of
stamps that you can use at the visitors' center.

Please note that care was taken to plant this box in an area frequented by
tourists, it is not necessary to leave the traveled way ... though the trail
does leave the pavement.

The area does experience controlled fires .. please replace the canisters and
cover them well with stones.
